Ray Saleh
Founder and CEO
Ray Saleh is a technology entrepreneur and systems architect from Michigan with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering.
He founded Visionaray Solutions LLC during his final semester of university, combining his technical foundation with a vision to help businesses modernize through automation, intelligent design, and digital innovation.
After graduation, Ray joined Bora Bora Smoothie Café, where he led the company’s digital transformation across more than 30 franchise locations nationwide. His leadership and systems-driven approach helped streamline operations and set new standards for efficiency, growth, and scalability.
That experience inspired him to return full time to Visionaray Solutions, transforming his passion for technology and business architecture into a consultancy dedicated to helping entrepreneurs build smarter systems, automate processes, and scale with precision.
