Ray Saleh is a Michigan-based technology entrepreneur and systems architect with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering. As Founder & CEO of Visionaray Solutions, he helps businesses turn technology into a tool for growth, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
He founded Visionaray with a clear vision: build businesses on automation, connected systems, and modern digital infrastructure. With a background rooted in software, strategy, and systems architecture, Ray designs solutions that don’t just look strong on the surface — they work powerfully behind the scenes.
He has led digital transformation and operational systems initiatives inside fast-growing, multi-location environments — contributing to the infrastructure, efficiency, and scalability of more than 30 locations across the country. That hands-on experience shaped his understanding of what growing businesses truly need: clarity, structure, automation, and systems built for expansion.
Today, Ray works with entrepreneurs and established businesses to create streamlined workflows, modern digital ecosystems, and scalable operational foundations — helping them move smarter, operate stronger, and grow with intention.
