Founder and CEO
Ray Saleh is a Michigan-based technology entrepreneur and systems architect with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, specializing in Software Engineering. As the Founder & CEO of Visionaray Solutions LLC, he is passionate about helping businesses harness technology as a tool for growth, efficiency, and long-term scalability.
He founded Visionaray Solutions with a clear vision: to empower businesses through automation, intelligent systems, and modern digital innovation. With a background rooted in software, strategy, and systems architecture, Ray has built his work around designing solutions that not only look strong on the surface, but function powerfully behind the scenes.
Over the years, he has led digital transformation and operational system initiatives within fast-growing, multi-location business environments, contributing to the infrastructure, efficiency, and scalability of more than 30 locations across the country. That hands-on experience shaped his understanding of what growing businesses truly need: clarity, structure, automation, and systems built to support expansion.
Through Visionaray Solutions, Ray now works with entrepreneurs and established businesses to create streamlined workflows, modern digital ecosystems, and scalable operational foundations. His mission is to help businesses move smarter, operate stronger, and grow with intention.
